no tree in the cat house

so this isn't about the dome. i realized with lack of work going on with the dome that i'd need other things to blog about. well, i have no lack of cat stories. in fact, i entertained my niece and nephew with many off-the-wall cat stories while in tulsa a couple weeks ago. and, surprisingly, none were even embellished! i guess off-the-wall cat is an oxymoron, anyway. and since i have no idea how many people even read this thing, who cares if it's not all dome? in fact, i only know of 2 who read it regularly. ReBecca and Anna - this is for you!

this is not our house but could be if we had a tree.

Not sure if you saw this comment I left you on Facebook yet, so here it is again ;)

Psycho cat looks just like our psycho cat. Glad to see someone else goes though the same hell I do. We put the tree up because Kelty has never had any interest in it (other than hiding under it) and Duma did not hurt John's sisters tree last year. The tree skirt has now been removed. For good.

And when the lady that had the foster kitties before ... Read Moreus brought them to the house she was amazed we had set up the tree at all (but she has 11 cats). Only one kitten knew how to climb the tree, but she taught one of the others. They even removed a branch somehow. Then they discovered the ornaments. So now the bottom 1/4 of the tree has no ornaments, and we have only lost one to breaking (I broke it throwing a cat toy).

Always fun in the Foster Zoo.
